about us
Not a market.
An identity.
Some companies make bicycle components because they see a market. We do it because it’s who we are.
Many people already know us through Clorofilla, the brand under which, since 2019, we have been designing and manufacturing bicycle and e-bike repair and charging stations, now installed in many cities across Italy and Europe.
But deep inside, we wanted to create something even more personal. We wanted to build components designed by people who ride bikes every single day. That’s how Clorofilla Bike Lab was born.

MADE IN CESENA
CNC Machined from Solid Billet. Just the Way We Like It.
Every component is made at our facility in Cesena. We start with raw material and transform it through high-precision CNC machining: CAD design, CAM programming, turning and 5-axis machining centers, inspection, finishing, and assembly – all done in-house.
True Made in Italy is not a slogan, but the result of more than fifty years of experience from Buratti Meccanica.

Research and development
A workshop open to innovation.
Clorofilla Bike Lab is more than a component brand. It is also a research and development studio dedicated to the cycling industry.
We collaborate with companies, startups, and brands that want to turn ideas into real products: design, development, prototyping – including 3D printing — industrialization and production of components, accessories, frames, and innovative solutions.

«Mechanics demands precision, cycling teaches humility. This is our way of doing business.»
The story of Lorenzo Buratti
Passion.
Precision.
Kilometers.
The story of Lorenzo Buratti, owner of Buratti Meccanica, began with BMX freestyle in the 1980s, continued with motorcycle rallies and Dakar appearances in the early 2000s, evolved through building custom motorcycles, and led to downhill racing and long-distance gravel bikepacking adventures.
Every kilometer, every race, every crash, and every day spent in the family workshop have shaped a clear vision of what a component should be.
