Clorofilla Bike Lab

This project was born inside the Bike Lab

Clorofilla Bike Lab is our design and research & development laboratory.

It grew out of our experience in mechanical engineering, design and the bicycle industry, with the goal of turning ideas and concepts into real, tangible projects.

Alongside our own line of Clorofilla Bike Lab components, we provide design, engineering, development and prototyping services for third-party companies, combining technical expertise, manufacturing experience and a fully equipped mechanical workshop capable of delivering a complete, working prototype.

We enjoy designing and developing bicycles that excite us first. We are also open to transferring a project to client companies that share our vision and want to move forward with series production.

Do you have an idea, a product to develop, or simply something you would like to turn into reality?

Why it was created

Freedom, versatility and style

Traildiva was created to combine the freedom of a mountain bike with the practicality of a crossover bicycle. It is an Adventure Utility Bike designed for everyday life and for the places where the asphalt ends.

It can carry what you need for work, school or the gym, as well as camping equipment, trail-building tools, photography gear or fishing equipment. Its handling stays agile and natural, even where a traditional cargo bike becomes cumbersome.

The project centres on a configurable platform, generous carrying capacity and a direct technical aesthetic: exposed aluminium, machined junctions and anodised colours.

Research & development

A platform open to evolution

Traildiva is a research platform and a design proposal: a concrete way to explore new possibilities between everyday mobility, carrying capacity and off-road riding.

The project brings together Buratti Meccanica’s manufacturing experience, the Bike Lab’s design work and a configuration that can evolve through different accessories, colours and setups. No production date is presented here as confirmed.
